After many years of battling addiction and traumatic loss in the family, founder, and Palm Springs Native Marcel Ramirez took his past trials and overcame them—turning them into a true success. Gabino’s Creperie was named after Marcel’s late brother, Sebastian Gabino Ramírez, and inspired by his Argentinian Father, Jorge Gabino Ramírez.

This little creperie-that-could has become a cult hit with locals! What started as a pop-up has become a popular window service tucked in a South Palm Springs alleyway.

Marcel created a savory-focused “craft crepes” menu, including fan favorites like barbecue chicken, chicken pesto, and turkey cheddar— all topped with Mama G’s secret sauce! Gabino’s crepes take you straight to heaven. If you ask us, it’s only one bite away.
